Valley Of The Arts (VOTA)
Valley of the Arts (VOTA) is BVEF’s largest fundraiser of the year – an adults-only dinner and auction held each spring. It’s a night out without the kids, a chance to meet other district parents, and the single biggest source of funding for arts education at Yulupa and Strawberry.
BVUSD receives limited state funding for the arts. That means the arts education programs your child participates in at school are mostly made possible through our fundraising efforts – and VOTA brings in more money than any other effort!
What Happens At VOTA?
- Dinner, drinks, party — A full evening at a local event venue with food and a bar.
- Live and silent auctions — Vacation stays, restaurant gift cards, rounds of golf, local wine and beer packages, summer camps, family experiences, and so much more.
- Entertainment and games — Past VOTAs have featured dueling pianos, DJs, bands, and so many fun games.
- A theme worth dressing for — In 2025, we introduced themed VOTAs. Guests go all in and have a blast.
When Is The Next VOTA?
VOTA 2027 is coming this spring. Auction and event dates, venue, and tickets will be announced here and on our social channels. Follow along so you don’t miss the early-bird ticket window.
