We can’t gather for an exhibition or performance at school, but we CAN turn the whole school district into our art gallery! Join Bennett Valley School District families to stretch our creative muscles, enjoy some time outside, and appreciate the creativity of our BVUSD kids.
Friday, Nov. 13, after 4 PM
Saturday & Sunday, Nov. 14 & 15, All Day
Students are invited to decorate our art templates (PDF) however they like – crayon, paint, cotton balls, whatever! Then, during the weekend event, display each piece in the front window of your home, on your garage door, or wherever it’s easily visible from the sidewalk. And don’t feel limited to the template! If you’d like to display more art – well, yay!
During the weekend, families can mask up and take a stroll around their neighborhood to check out all the other artwork on display. There will be art mounted in the windows of our schools, too, so visit our campuses! Here are the scavenger hunt lists for the kids to use while they walk:
